What's the Program?

First trimester is the perfect time to lay a foundation of strength. Your body has just started to undergo magnificent changes, and you can keep it healthy with a tailored fitness program.

This is a 12-week program that blends cardio and strength training for a full body bootcamp. Commit to five days a week of moderate exercise through guided workouts plus "free days" that fit into YOUR schedule.

As with all our programs, First Trimester Focus comes with regular check-ins from our trainers. We get that pregnancy is hard. Let this be something that builds you up.
