Your body is working overtime to support a growing baby. You may not have the energy of second trimester, but you're dedicated to keeping fit and staying active - whatever that means for now.

What's the Program?

Third trimester focuses on balance and movement. Expect moves with a continued focus on stability while toning down cardio to emphasize feasability over intensity.

This is a 12-week program that meets you where you are at this point in pregnancy. Commit to five days a week of moderate exercise through guided workouts plus "free days" that fit into YOUR schedule.

As with all our programs, Third Trimester Stability comes with regular check-ins from our trainers. We get that pregnancy is hard. Let this be something that builds you up.
